Our Mission

My path into the Fitness Industry has been different to most. After spending the first twenty years of my working life in the UK corporate world, I gave it all up to train to become a Personal Trainer more here and havent really looked back since

My corporate job involved working alongside the likes of Natwest, Rolls Royce, Marks and Spencer and many other recognisable brands across the UK. All with very different, problems, requirements, cultures and often agendas!

My role in very basic terms, was to sort problems out...and not leave until I had. Dealing at all levels from CEO to frontlne, allowed me to fully understand how a business actually operates on all levels and the factors that influence it.

Despite having this level of experience and acheiving a Diploma in Personal Training from the most respected training company in the world in 2009, my initial steps into the fitness industry were a still bit daunting.

The Diploma was faultless in the practical side of how to be a Personal Trainer but very little focussed on the business side, which is vital for success.

Of the 14 personal trainers that qualified in my group, only 3 of us were still operating at the end of the first year. Our practical skills were all the same but it was my business skills that helped me survive

Since then I have developed various fitness related brands and relocated to another country, all without significant investment and based on the pricinciples of good business.

I've found the fitness industry business knowledge to be pretty limited and predictable, with a lack of real options of support. There are online courses and group support available but it's very generic and judging by Industry turnover, not that effective.

My PT Mentor is now offering that knowledge, experience and support to allow you to survive and grow a sustainable business
